Athlete seals another bronze

Secretary for Home Affairs Caspar Tsui hailed athlete Yam Kwok-fan for scoring a bronze medal in the Women's T36 200m event at the 11th National Games for Persons with Disabilities & the Eighth National Special Olympic Games today.   This is her second medal at the games after winning bronze in the Women's T36 100m event.   Sending his congratulations to the athlete and the team, Mr Tsui said: “Yam Kwok-fan pulled her efforts and displayed great tenacity in the competition. No new COVID-19 cases reported

The Centre for Health Protection said no new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been recorded as of 12am, July 12, leaving the number of confirmed cases in Hong Kong at 11,951 so far.   A total of 34 cases were reported in Hong Kong in the past 14 days, including one import-related case and one local case with unknown sources.   For information and health advice on COVID-19, visit the Government's dedicated webpage.
