Athlete seals another bronze

Secretary for Home Affairs Caspar Tsui hailed athlete Yam Kwok-fan for scoring a bronze medal in the Women's T36 200m event at the 11th National Games for Persons with Disabilities & the Eighth National Special Olympic Games today.   This is her second medal at the games after winning bronze in the Women's T36 100m event.   Sending his congratulations to the athlete and the team, Mr Tsui said: “Yam Kwok-fan pulled her efforts and displayed great tenacity in the competition. Fencer bags National Games bronze

Secretary for Home Affairs Caspar Tsui today extended his heartfelt congratulations to fencer Vivian Kong for capturing the bronze in the Women's Épée Individual event at the 14th National Games.   It is the first time a Hong Kong athlete has won a medal in this event at the National Games.   Mr Tsui said: “She demonstrated superb skills in the competitions and achieved excellent results which deserve commendation. I am proud of her performance.”
